Once enrolled, students are challenged by rigorous classes and exams that make earning a KU Leuven diploma a true mark of distinction. Our global approach is reflected in our student body, with 150+ different nationalities represented amongst our more than 15,000 international students. Our 100+ programmes taught in English are hosted at campuses in Leuven, Brussels and Antwerp, each city home to a unique slate of cultural and experiential opportunities. More than 20 international student organisations exist on our Leuven campus alongside a dedicated international student centre, Pangea. Studying in Belgium also offers easy access to the best of European culture, with Paris, London and Cologne all pleasantly accessible by a two-hour train ride.
