Why study a Masters in Folk Music?

## Depending on your interests, these courses may have a more practical or more theoretical focus. All disciplines do usually combine each form of study, identifying both academic and vocational approaches to Folk traditions. Alongside an analysis of Folk traditions, you will also develop your performance skills through interpretation of performances and the composition of your own music.
