1. The FindAMasters Student Ambassador competition is open to students of any nationality who will be starting their Masters study in Autumn 2020 or January 2021.
2. By entering you confirm that the material you have submitted is your own and does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of a third party.
3. We will only award the £6,000 cash prize to students starting their Masters study in Autumn 2020 or January 2021, and cannot award them to any students who are continuing existing Masters study.
4. Only one cash prize per person will be awarded and it will not be awarded to any previous winners.
5. The closing date for entering is 5:00pm BST, Friday 28th August 2020.
6. Winners will be solely judged on their entries.
7. The judging panel’s decision is final.
8. By submitting a video, you grant FindAUniversity royalty-free, non-exclusive rights to:

• Display the video on any of our websites including FindAMasters.com, FindAPhD.com and FindAUniversity.com.
• Display the video on our social media platforms.
• Allow third parties to share the video on social media platforms.
• Use the video in FindAUniversity’s internal and external communication materials including but not limited to, websites, social media, advertising, promotions and conferences.
• Provide your video to other media for FindAUniversity-related use in news stories, newsletters, webpages, and the like.
• Use, in connection with your video, your name, course title and university.
• Edit any video submitted.
• Retain a digital copy of the video which will be archived in the FindAUniversity video library.

9. Please do not submit:

• Videos that violate or infringe upon another person’s rights, including but not limited to copyright.
• Videos that contain sexually explicit, nude, obscene, violent or other objectionable or inappropriate content.

10. During the competition we will repost some of the entries on our social media platforms. This does not mean that these entries have been automatically shortlisted. Where possible individuals will be credited for the video by tagging of their account.
11. If you are shortlisted, you will be required to provide proof of enrolment onto a Masters programme in Autumn 2020, or January 2021. This proof MUST show that you are fully enrolled onto a Masters programme, and that you did not start your Masters studies BEFORE Autumn 2020.
12. If you don’t respond to our shortlisting email within the allotted time frame, we reserve the right to award the £6,000 cash prize to another candidate.
13. The winner of our Student Ambassador competition will be required deliver a range of outputs in order to receive the £6,000 cash prize (which will be paid in three instalments depending on successful delivery of the requirements as outlined below):

• At least four prices of original, edited and subtitled video content for our website and associated social media channels. Subjects to be determined, but for example could include:
  - My first term – what you can expect when starting a Masters (in under 60 seconds).
  - Three reasons to attend a Postgraduate study fair (in under 60 seconds).
  - How to become a FindAMasters Ambassador (in under 60 seconds).

• Deliver at least four pieces of original blog content to be hosted on FindAMasters.com. Subjects to be determined, but for example could include:
  - My first term – what you can expect / what I was surprised by when starting a Masters.
  - Why you should consider attending a postgraduate study fair.
  - How to make the most of your Masters.

• Attend at least two of our Postgrad LIVE events in the UK to share your experiences as a Masters student on our student panel and do a live Instagram takeover showing our followers what the event is like.
• Attend at least one of our Virtual Fair events to share your experiences as a Masters student on our student panel, and share your experiences with attendees of the event.
• Complete at least one live Q&A on our social networks with our FindAMasters audience about your experiences finding and applying for your Masters programme.

14. The cash prize will be sent to the winner in three installments of £2,000 based on successful completion of the above requirements. If those requirements are not fulfilled at any stage, FindAUniversity reserve the right not to pay any remaining installments until the requirements have been net.
15. Applicants personal data will be used in accordance with data protection legislation in the UK.
