Masters degrees in Teacher Training equip postgraduates with the skills to become a professional teacher in a range of educational scenarios: from nursey level through to higher education. This can also include training for TEFL / TESOL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language / Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Many of these courses provide Initial Teacher Training (ITT) in the form of Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) qualifications or similar. Entry requirements normally include an appropriate undergraduate degree relevant to the subject you wish to teach in, as well as Grade C or equivalent in Maths, Science and English at GCSE level.

## These courses provide you with the advanced ability to impart, explain and disseminate knowledge, skills and learning to students of all ages. This includes nursey and school age, through to college, university and lifelong learning for adults.
