Work in Germany

On completion of your studies, international students in Germany can take up the option of the 18 month post-study permit, which they can use for applying to jobs without limitations. Upon finding reasonable employment you will be able to extend your stay, leading to permanent residence in Germany. Students can also work whilst completing their studies in Germany. International students can work up to 20 hours a week during study time and full-time during vacations.

Free beginner German lessons

At GISMA all our programmes are taught in English, however at GISMA you will have the added benefit of free beginner German classes. Learning the German language will help you to connect with your German classmates and interact with the locals. It will also boost your employment prospects and help you stand out to employers who value foreigners who can communicate with their customers easily.
