Since our founding in 1829, King’s has been at the forefront of shaping modern life, with 12 Nobel Prize winners amongst our alumni and former staff. We are also the largest provider of professional healthcare training in Europe and home to five Medical Research Council centres. King’s is part of a global collaboration between of the world’s leading research led universities and three of London’s most successful NHS Foundation Trusts, including leading teaching hospitals and comprehensive mental health services. We are particularly distinguished in wide range of health areas including psychiatry, medicine, nursing and dentistry.
