There are many different international Masters scholarship schemes around the world, aiming to help talented postgraduates fund their studies abroad.
In the UK, the Chevening programme and the British Council’s GREAT Scholarships are among the most prestigious (and competitive). The USA’s Fulbright Commission, meanwhile, supports students from many countries to study at American universities (as well as helping Americans complete their studies abroad).
