Each bursary includes:
- A Maintenance Grant to support students with living costs while enrolled on the MA
- An additional £650 for travel costs related to MA, including museum visits
You do not need to submit a separate application for this bursary as all those offered a place on the MA in The Arts of Africa, Oceania and the Americas will be considered for a bursary.
Apply for the course by 31 January 2027 to be considered for this scholarship.
To be considered for this bursary you must be in receipt of an offer of a place, by UEA, on the MA in The Arts of Africa, Oceania and the Americas, for the academic year 2027/28.
This bursary is open to both home and international students. The bursaries are awarded following the admissions interview and will be judged based on academic excellence and financial need.
We encourage you to apply for this course ahead of 31 January 2027 as there are a limited number of awards available. Later applicants will still be considered for bursaries, although these are limited.
This bursary is designed to ensure that financial circumstances do not prevent talented applicants from pursuing the MA.
