As one of Ireland's largest and most research-active science faculties, we are home to seven dynamic academic schools: Biology and Environmental Science, Biomolecular and Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Computer Science, Earth Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics, and Physics. Our Masters courses are designed with flexibility in mind, offering full-time, part-time, and online study options in selected disciplines to meet diverse global demands. We offer a diverse range of courses. For instance, our MSc Applied Environmental Science, is the first on the island of Ireland to be approved as an Accredited Degree Programme of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM). It covers the key aspects of Environmental Science, encompassing marine, freshwater and terrestrial systems.
The MSc Biotechnology focuses on broadening your knowledge and understanding of the current technologies and processes in the biotechnology industry.
For those interested in enhancing their range of foundational and applied skills in statistics, our MSc Statistical Data Science is ideal for students interested in data science careers in industry, business, government, or for those interested in pursuing a subsequent PhD in statistics or in related areas.
