The study tour was very helpful. I went to Stuttgart in Germany and we visited many companies including Mercedes, where we visited the fully automated plant. We were able to see all of the practical and theoretical aspects that we learned in class like Just in Time, Just in Sequence and fishbone manufacturing. We also saw the challenges that this industry faces which was really useful.

Mehdi Benaiche (2019)
Alumnus, Cranfield School of Management

Every lecture, course activity and guest speaker session has been well thought out and planned. I now understand and am aware of the huge wealth of opportunity that exists in industry for us on completion of this course. I feel very motivated and well equipped for working in industry.

Abigail Dzomeku (2018)
Alumna, Cranfield School of Management

For me, what I love about the programme is that you cover everything you need to know about logistics and supply chain operations from warehousing, freight and sourcing to re-designing and networking a supply chain. It’s very broad-based and it gives you a lot of options to specialise in any of those areas.

The teaching style is very practical and business orientated. Other business schools have a very theoretical curriculum, with Cranfield what you get is a mix between business and professional, so you can quickly apply what you have learnt to your job. I don’t know of anywhere else where you get such a mix of people and can cross pollenate ideas.

Two months after completing the Strategic Marketing MSc, I was offered a Marketing Executive role in a company that manufactures British vitamin supplements. And now, after seven months in the company, I have been promoted to a Marketing Manager. I had to design a three-year Marketing Strategy for the brand; this is the reason why the Marketing Consultancy Project as well as the Marketing Communication modules were really useful and helped me to define the best option for the brand.

Cristina Gavilan (2019)
Marketing Manager, AvaCare

We have guest speaker sessions on Fridays where established professionals in the industry come and talk to us about topical issues that they are facing. We have been visited by individuals that work in Asset Management and Private Equity. Alumni have even come back to campus to talk to us about their journey. The course has been very practical and that’s what I have found really interesting.

Kingston Nwosu,
Alumnus, Cranfield School of Management

I was offered a full-time job at the company where I did my internship. The course really gave me the confidence by providing me with all the knowledge that I needed to push me forward.

Ebun Akinyele (2017)
ERP Analyst, Skanska

The highlight of the course for me was the balance of theory that we learnt and being taught how that theory can be applied in the real world. Modules such as Management Consulting allowed us to use what we had learnt and we then had the opportunity to apply it to a real business challenge. So once you have learnt the theory, you have the opportunity to test and apply it.

Aditya Pai (2017)
Business Controller, Telia Company

For me one of the most useful parts of the course was the internship, I sourced my internship through the university at Finning in Cannock. It was really useful for me because I got real life work experience. I also got to study with a diverse cohort, I had never experienced that before because I did all my studying and undergraduate studies in India.

Lakshme Srada Srinivas (2019)
Rupa Engineering Industries

We’ve learnt so many different processes and process improvement techniques that are 100% takeaway and applicable to what we do day-to-day.

I’ve been able to take some of those back into the business and have made some continuous improvements to our processes at work.

Roisin Weaver
Service Delivery Manager, Fujitsu, current student,
(Management and Leadership MSc)

After a career in Commercial Finance, I chose the Cranfield MBA to close my c-suite skills gap, gain access to the prestigious alumni network and take advantage of Cranfield’s entrepreneurial focus. An unexpected by-product of the latter is that during the MBA programme I co-founded a sports media business, JAFA, with one of my MBA colleagues. Two years since its inception it has already been downloaded by tens of thousands of users.

Critical to this has been the support and input from Cranfield’s Bettany Centre, without which we would never have connected with some of our key investors to-date. Cranfield’s business focus makes it an obvious choice for future budding entrepreneurs.

The Cranfield MBA has challenged me, pushed me to my limits and made me develop huge inner confidence. I know whatever happens in the future, I will have the incredible support of the Cranfield community, and I look forward to flying the Cranfield flag high.
