Taru has three years’ experience in website content, and her skills lie in planning and creating content in different formats for different channels. While she loves writing well-researched, thorough guides and blog for websites, she equally enjoys being in front of the camera, breaking down big, bad topics into bite-sized, easily understandable videos.

Taru is no stranger to postgraduate study or studying abroad. She grew up in India and completed her Masters in the UK in 2021. She understands the scale of a decision like studying a postgraduate degree abroad and tries to bring that into the content she creates — pulling from her own experience and sharing her tips.

When Taru’s not writing, she’s often found reading fiction. She really does spend a lot of her day dealing with words! Her bookshelf is very varied — her five-star reads as of August 2025 include both Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir (science-fiction) and Beach Read by Emily Henry (romance).
