Executive MBA Scholarships for Women

University of Oxford Saïd Business School

Scholarship details

Two types of scholarships are available for exceptional female candidates at each intake of the Executive MBA programme.

Forté Foundation Fellowships for Women
Saïd Business School is a proud member of the Forté Foundation, a non-profit consortium of major corporations and top business schools, working together to launch women into fulfilling, significant careers through access to business education, opportunities, and a community of successful women.

Oxford Executive MBA Scholarships for Women in association with the 30% Club
These scholarships aim to support female candidates of merit and to encourage an increase in women considering senior leadership roles. Additionally, scholarship recipients are invited to events run by the 30% Club's mentoring partner, Moving Ahead.

Open to female Executive MBA applicants.

We’ll consider:

- Excellence: your academic and/or professional achievements.
- Leadership and impact: your leadership experience and potential, including the impact you have made in your organisation, sector or wider community.
- Commitment to advancing women: how you have supported, inspired or created opportunities for other women.
- Contribution to the community: the experience and perspectives you would bring to the Executive MBA, and your potential to contribute to the Oxford Saïd community during the programme and beyond.

We’ll assess these criteria using the information provided in your Executive MBA application and funding statement.

You only need to submit one funding statement. We’ll consider your statement alongside your Executive MBA application when assessing you for all scholarships for which you are eligible and which require a funding statement.

You do not need to address the selection criteria for individual scholarships separately.

Funding statement

Tell us something we would not otherwise learn from your Executive MBA application that you would like us to consider when assessing you for scholarship funding.

Using one or two specific examples, describe an experience, achievement or commitment that has shaped the leader you are today. What did you do, what did you learn, and how has it influenced the contribution or impact you have made or hope to make in the future?

Maximum 400 words

We value specificity and reflection over polished prose. We want to understand your individual experience, in your own voice. Please avoid repeating information already included elsewhere in your application.

Scholarships for Women are available at every admissions stage, so there is no separate scholarship deadline.

Your complete Executive MBA application, including all required supporting materials, must reach us by your chosen admissions stage deadline.

We encourage you to apply at an earlier stage, where possible. This can give you a wider choice of colleges and more opportunities to be considered for scholarship funding.
