Scholarships are awarded as a £2,500 reduction on tuition fees for the first year of study, which is automatically deducted after registration to students that meet the eligibility criteria.
Our Vice-Chancellor international postgraduate scholarships are automatically granted to students from specific regions:
- South and South-East Asia postgraduate scholarship
- Africa postgraduate scholarship
- MENA and Turkey postgraduate scholarship
- LATAM postgraduate scholarship
- EU postgraduate scholarship.
These scholarships are open to students studying within any of our academic schools, excluding Brighton and Sussex Medical School.
You must meet all of the below eligibility criteria:
- be a new, international fee-status student domiciled in one of the eligible countries/regions*
- have accepted your offer for a full-time postgraduate taught degree with a minimum course duration of one year
- be starting your course in September 2025 or January 2026
- be a self-funded student
- if you are in receipt of a conditional offer, you must meet the conditions of your offer
- have paid your tuition fee deposit
- have applied for your CAS by the deadline
- have paid 50% of your tuition fees by the deadline.
*If you currently reside in the UK but your domicile address is in an eligible country, you are eligible for the scholarship provided you meet all other criteria.
