About Franklin Hudson - The International School of Management

Study for an International MBA without putting your career on hold.

Franklin Hudson - The International School of Management offers a flexible International MBA (IMBA) designed for working professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, and internationally minded candidates seeking a global business education without stepping away from their professional lives.

Built on a US-style graduate education model, Franklin Hudson combines academic flexibility, executive-level learning, and international exposure. The School is academically based in Paris, maintains a permanent presence in New York, and offers study opportunities across major global business hubs.

The IMBA is ideal for candidates who want more than a standard online MBA. It allows students to combine online coursework with intensive international course options in locations such as Paris, New York, Cape Town, São Paulo, Dubai, Seoul, Singapore, New Delhi, London, and other global hubs, depending on course availability.

This means students can build a business degree around their professional life, their international ambitions, and the regions of the world they want to explore.

The International MBA

The Franklin Hudson International MBA is designed for professionals who want to accelerate their careers, strengthen their business knowledge, and develop a global mindset.

The program is especially suited to candidates who are already working and cannot take one or two years out of their career for a traditional full-time MBA. Students can progress through the program through a flexible combination of online courses and international in-person sessions, allowing them to continue working while building a globally oriented business qualification.

The IMBA develops core management knowledge while exposing students to international business environments, diverse classmates, and faculty with academic and professional experience across global markets.

Students study business not only through theory, but through discussion, applied assignments, international perspectives, and real professional experience shared by classmates from different sectors, countries, and career paths.

Global Exposure Across Five Continents

One of the main strengths of the Franklin Hudson IMBA is its global learning structure.

Students may choose from international course opportunities across five continents, allowing them to experience business education in different cities, cultures, and economic environments throughout the program.

Rather than studying from a single campus or through a purely online format, IMBA students can build a learning journey that reflects their goals. They may study online when professional or family commitments require flexibility, and join selected in-person courses when they want direct international exposure.

This model is particularly attractive for:

  • Working professionals who want international experience without resigning from their jobs
  • Entrepreneurs who need flexibility while developing their business
  • Expatriates and globally mobile professionals
  • Candidates seeking exposure to Paris, New York, and other international business hubs
  • Professionals preparing for regional or global leadership roles

The result is an MBA experience that is flexible, international, and professionally relevant.

Paris Study Option and International Mobility

Franklin Hudson’s academic headquarters are located on Avenue Kléber in Paris, near the Arc de Triomphe and close to one of the city’s major business, diplomatic, and cultural districts.

For students who wish to spend more time in Europe, the IMBA offers an optional Paris-based study pathway. This may be particularly attractive to international candidates who want to experience life in France, study in a major European capital, and gain exposure to a global business environment.

Depending on the candidate’s nationality, background, and study plan, the Paris option may also support student visa planning. Visa eligibility and authorisation remain subject to French regulations and the relevant authorities, but Franklin Hudson can guide admitted candidates through the academic documentation needed for their study plans.

For other candidates, the program can be completed more flexibly through online learning combined with selected international course blocks.

Designed for Working Professionals

The Franklin Hudson IMBA is built for people who are already moving forward in their careers.

The program is self-paced and typically completed in 1.5 to 2 years, with up to 3 years available for students who need additional flexibility. This makes it suitable for professionals balancing work, travel, family responsibilities, or entrepreneurial projects.

Students do not need to stop working to pursue the program. Instead, they can use the IMBA to support their next stage of career growth while continuing to build professional experience.

The program is particularly relevant for candidates seeking to:

  • Move into management or senior leadership roles
  • Strengthen their business and strategic decision-making skills
  • Develop international business exposure
  • Build confidence across cultures and markets
  • Expand their professional network
  • Prepare for entrepreneurial or consulting opportunities
  • Gain a graduate business qualification with global relevance

A Diverse International Community

Franklin Hudson has developed an international community of more than 5,000 alumni worldwide, representing over 135 nationalities.

IMBA students join a diverse professional network of managers, entrepreneurs, consultants, executives, and internationally mobile professionals. Many students bring significant professional experience, and the classroom environment is shaped by practical insight, cross-cultural discussion, and peer learning.

This diversity is a central part of the Franklin Hudson experience. Students are exposed to classmates from different regions, sectors, industries, and leadership backgrounds, helping them develop the global perspective expected of modern business leaders.

Partial merit-based scholarships may be available to strong candidates, up to 30%. Scholarship decisions are made through the admissions process and are based on academic background, professional experience, leadership potential, and overall program fit.

Franklin Hudson does not offer full scholarships. Candidates are expected to demonstrate serious academic motivation and financial readiness before enrollment.

The total tuition fee for the International MBA is €29,100.

Franklin Hudson also offers two doctoral programs: the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and the PhD in International Business.

This broader graduate and doctoral environment strengthens the academic culture of the School. IMBA students benefit from being part of an institution focused not only on business practice but also on applied research, executive learning, leadership, and international management.

The IMBA is therefore part of a larger academic ecosystem for experienced professionals, from master ’s-level career acceleration to doctoral-level research and thought leadership.

This is cleaner and more implicit. It says the DBA/PhD exists, but keeps the IMBA clearly in front.
