We've been helping students find the right postgraduate course for over a decade.
Oscar-winning filmmakers and animators, world-renowned fashion designers, television presenters and a Turner Prize nominee are just some of the high-profile graduates who have enriched the world with their creative talents – which were enhanced and developed at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA).
Now the number 1 specialist university for the creative industries (Complete University Guide 2018 & Guardian University Guide 2018), and ranked in the top five modern universities nationally, UCA has been providing specialist arts education for 150 years.
It offers a range of creative courses in art, crafts, animation, architecture and interior design, fashion, textiles, film, photography, graphics and product design across four campuses in the South East of England – one in Canterbury, Epsom, Farnham and Rochester.
As a specialist institution, its distinctiveness lies in its provision of dedicated creative campuses packed with cutting edge, industry-standard facilities and extensive creative equipment and resources. Students are guided by skilled academic and technical staff, many of whom are active practitioners or researchers in their respective fields.
With its strong links with some of the biggest names in the creative industries, UCA prepares its graduates for a wide range of creative careers – 94.6% of its graduates are employed or in further education within six months.
UCA’s alumni include Gareth Edwards, Zandra Rhodes, Tracey Emin, luxury jeweller Stephen Webster, Oscar-winning animators Michael Dudok de Wit and Suzie Templeton, artists Humphrey Ocean and Tacita Dean, film director Will McGregor and textile designer Roger Oates.
