International Students

Roffey Park welcomes international students, delivering a diverse and dynamic online learning environment.

Our courses are delivered online, but this does not mean that the human element is absent. We have small cohorts, which enables us to offer a personal approach in terms of interactions between the Roffey Park academic team and our students. Student feedback consistently praises the high level of student support available.

Our lecture/workshop sessions and small group sessions all take place online, but live which enables meaningful discussions and demands active participation!

One of the special features of our courses is the opportunity to work in small, carefully selected learning groups. You will join a group of like-minded peers from a variety of sectors (public, private and not-for-profit) and from different parts of the world who are committed to supporting and challenging each other’s learning journeys. This close-knit community provides a valuable network for exchanging ideas, offering feedback, and building lasting relationships.

Our alumni network, providing communication channels and opportunities to attend exclusive events, fosters those continuing connections far beyond the length of a course.

We do not use exams to assess students on this programme. Instead we use a combination of written submissions (essays, reports etc) and recorded or live video content. Some assignments are completed individually and others as group work.

This course requires students to share examples of situations they have experienced in the workplace so we can only offer places to people who meet the entry requirements specified. Whilst we can be flexible in terms of prior academic qualifications we would like to see examples of previous professional development and do require students to have appropriate, relevant experience.

For self-funding students we are able to offer a fee-free and interest-free instalment plan which allows the cost of the course to be spread across 2 years.

The course is 2 years of part time study. Students should expect to spend approximately 12-15 hours per week which might include live sessions, small group work and private study.

Our courses are validated by the University of Sussex and our master’s degree certificates are issued by them. Our students are invited to receive their award in a graduation ceremony of the University of Sussex.
