The Faculty of Science at University of Southern Denmark is a leading centre for scientific research and education that tackles some of the most pressing scientific questions and global challenges. With modern laboratories, advanced research infrastructure and well-equipped study spaces provide the ideal setting for hands-on learning, collaboration and independent research throughout your studies.

Faculty of Science has campuses in both Odense and Kolding. Both cities are student-friendly and offer affordable housing, green spaces and a vibrant cultural scene, all within biking distance of campus.

English is widely spoken in Denmark, helping international students quickly feel at home. At SDU, more than 100 student associations offer a wide variety of activities, creating a strong sense of community. Throughout the academic year, students organise popular events such as the Semester Start Party, the Annual University Celebration, and Student Unity Day, bringing everyone together for fun, music, and socialising.
