The UK will be rejoining Erasmus + for the 2027/28 academic year. For UK students, the scheme will fund up to a year of study in Europe as part of their undergraduate degree without any extra fees. Similarly, EU students will be able to study in the UK under the same terms.
Erasmus + also funds Masters degrees through the Erasmus + Joint Masters scholarships, but the UK isn’t included in this right now. This announcement is positive and could mean that these funding schemes are extended to the UK as well, but we don’t know that for sure right now. We’ll update you as soon as we know.
