Scholarship details

The Eiffel scholarship program is a tool developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to designed to attract top international talent to French higher education institutions.

* Nationality: Open exclusively to non-French nationals. Dual nationals with French citizenship are not eligible.

* Age Limit: Applicants must be under 30 years old at the time of the 2026 selection (born after 31 March 1996)

* Current Studies: Only students currently studying outside France may apply. Those already enrolled in French institutions are not eligible.

* Previous Applications: Candidates whose application was rejected in a previous selection round for the same level (Master’s) are not eligible, even if applying through a different institution or field.

* Scholarship Overlap: Applicants already receiving a French government scholarship (including partial coverage such as social security) are not eligible.

* Language Proficiency: Non-French-speaking candidates must meet the language

* Scholarship Start Date: The study period must begin between 1 September and 30 November of the year the scholarship is awarded.

Master’s Level: Duration of the scholarship for a Master's level of enrolment is up to 12 months for entry into the second year of a Master’s (M2)


Prepare the required documents and send them to the MSc program coordonator directly.
Please note that applicants must also apply to their chosen MSc program at the time of scholarship application submission.
