Am dangerously short of subjects for my thesis experiment

User: pgtips - 20 May 2013 06:59

Hi,

I am currently doing a masters in Chinese linguistics in China, and am writing a thesis on different ways foreigners learn Chinese characters. I am about half way through the write-up, and as part of the paper I have designed three courses to collect anonymous statistics from. The only problem is that not enough people have done the courses and I don't have enough stats to analyse, so the writing of my paper is being delayed.

If you don't know any Chinese, are between 20 and 30 and have time to help you can find an experiment You can find two courses;
here: http://www.memrise.com/course/50780/chinese-characters-a/
and here;http://www.memrise.com/course/50782/chinese-characters-b/

and there is a brief here;https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7mgTRWElaXFdWI0UW5rUTRSazg/edit

There is one more course for anyone who considers themseleves HSK4 or HSK5 level, all the words in the course are on these words lists; http://www.memrise.com/course/68997/hsk-4-and-5-some-stand-alone-characters/

Thanks a lot, any questions about China, Chinese or anything, even from people who don't have time to take part in the study are more than welcome.http://www.memrise.com/course/68997/hsk-4-and-5-some-stand-alone-characters/
