The Masters in Real Estate has been developed in close consultation with the relevant professional, policy and business communities and is intended to provide an intensive fast-track entry to a professional career. You will have the opportunity to study real estate with a specialism in finance and investment, sustainability or housing, to enable you to tailor your degree to a specific area of real estate surveying.
2.1 Hons (or non-UK equivalent) in Property-related subjects e.g. architecture, real estate management, land economics, construction management, quantity surveying, building science, civil engineering; also relevant social science or quantitative subject (e.g. cost engineering, financial engineering, engineering management, business studies, urban studies, law, management, economics, accounting, mathematics and, international finance). Social sciences, including but not restricted to the likes of politics and international relations are also considered along with geography.
We may sometimes accept degrees at 2.2 Hons or non-UK equivalent.
