Help! Deferring MA degree...

User: Wilks - 14 June 2013 10:37

Hello,

I am doing an MA degree as distance learning so it takes 3 years to complete. I have finished my first module with great success however i am really struggling with course fees. Its costing over £3000 a year for me to do this degree, all of which i have to pay back with interest a month after finishing the course. I thought before i started i was going to be able to get some help with funding from an external company, however this all fell through a few weeks into starting the degree. I thought now that ive got the first year under my belt i could defer entry until i can afford to pay for it. Has anyone had similar problems? Has anyone deferred before? I'm really torn about what to do and what my options are.
