If you are having problems logging in to the client area of
the site, please check the following:
1) Are you are entering the correct Username
and password?
When you register your department, an email will be sent to
the main contact entered on the form. The email contains the
department username and password. The username will always contains
an underscore, for example University_biology.
The username and password fields are NOT case sensitive.
If you are the registered main contact for the department, and
you have forgotten your password, you can request it by clicking
here.
2) Have you timed out?
If your computer remains inactive for 20 minutes, you will automatically
be logged out and you will be returned to the login screen.
This is a security measure. Please login again to continue adding/editing
courses.
If you are still having problems logging in, please try shutting
down all browser (Internet Exporer/Netscape) windows, and reloading
the program. If this still fails to work, please give us a call
on +44(0)114 268 4940, making sure you have the following to
hand:
1) Your Department username
2) Your computer type (Apple Mac/PC)
3) Your operating system (Windows 95/98/2000/XP, OSX etc)
4) Your Internet browser type and Version (e.g. Internet Exporer
6.0 or Netscape 7.0 etc)
