Masters in Turkey

Situated at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, Turkey has long been an important site of intellectual transfer and scholarly exchange. Its universities continue that legacy by welcoming over 38,000 international students.

As a Masters student in Turkey you'll study in a university system with over five centuries of history that offers a wide-range of internationally recognised modern degree programmes. You'll also have the option to study in international languages such as English. Whatever your choice of degree programme you'll live in a country that offers a truly unique study abroad experience, with the opportunity to experience historical cities such as Istanbul, visit volcanic mountains, sample internationally famous cuisine or just take a break from your course by relaxing on a beautiful Mediterranean beach.

A Masters in Turkey usually lasts for two years (though the exact course length may vary between institutions and subject areas) and the academic year at most universities runs between October and July. Turkish Masters programmes are available in foreign languages such as English, though these may incur slightly higher fees. Most international students will require a visa to study in Turkey ' Turkish universities and embassies should be able to advise on this.
