The Ashridge Masters in Management:

Regardless of your experience, the Ashridge
Masters in Management will equip you with the practical skills to move your career to the next level.
This qualification focuses on immediate practical application and will enable you to demonstrate insight and knowledge to your employer even while you are studying, through live assignments and case studies.
You can start the qualification in January, April, July or October each year. You could also choose to just study for the first stage, take a break and then come back later to continue your studies. You pay per stage (£5000 for each stage) which makes it easier to manage funding for this programme.

• A flexible qualification
Choose between four entry points each year in January, April, July or October to start or continue your qualification. This stepon step-off programme gives you the flexibility to exit the course at the end of any stage, taking with you a globally recognised qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Masters). You can also re-start at the next level at a time to suit you in your career and
• A practical qualification
There are no examinations. Instead, you are assessed by work-based assignments and a final project. The work based assignments allow you to immediately apply your learning and make a measurable impact to your daily work, providing a tangible benefit to your employer from day one.

Each assignment is written so that you can focus sharply on your own organisation in your response, meaning your qualification is personal to you and your immediate development needs. Our extensive learning resources, allow you to choose what you learn based on your previous experience, knowledge and needs, so you can ensure you are constantly developing your knowledge and application skills.
About the Programme
• Stage One: Postgraduate Certificate in Management (minimum 9 months)
After completing a compulsory Study Skills module that enables you to approach a postgraduate qualification with confidence, you submit six assignments (2500 words each), where the learning takes place in your own organisation, supported by our custom-built Virtual Ashridge
• Stage Two: Postgraduate Diploma in Management (minimum 9 months)
After completing the Certificate, to pursue the Diploma, you submit three more assignments (5000 words each). Again, learning takes place in your own organisation, supported by Virtual Ashridge
• Stage Three: Masters in Management (minimum 6 months)
When you complete the Diploma, you may register for the Masters in Management. This stage requires you to undertake a project and produce a dissertation of 10,000 words.
When can I start?
There are four possible start dates for each stage of the programme each year. The start dates for the Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma are: January, April, July and October. The Masters stage of the programme can be started at any date once you meet the requirements.

Student must be employed or have access to an organisation in which to undertake the work based assignments. Students must have EITHER, minimum 3 years experience and no degree, OR, an undergraduate degree in any discipline with no experience required.
