This programme allows students to gain a fundamental understanding of human resource management in an international context.
This course is designed for students who are interested in all aspects of managing the workforce. It is ideal for those who are currently in a junior HRM position or wish to follow a career in HRM and are aiming at a future management role. It is also suitable for students interested in moving into an HRM role from other backgrounds or currently working in an HRM support role.
Subjects studied include: People and Organisations, International HRM, Organizational Behaviour, Creativity for Managers and Strategic HRM
They must at least have a first degree (three or four year degree) with a basic management knowledge.The Degree does not need to be particularly subject related as long as the students previous statement reflects his/her needs for change, no work experience is required
