The purpose of this training is to develop reflective practitioners. You learn to reflect critically on the validity of knowledge and ideas that you gained so far in training and practice. You develop into a critical professional who can help increase understanding and partly because of better management practices.
In training, you acquire the following competencies:
search, select, process, application of acquired knowledge and insights logical reasoning / arguing why the chosen solution is correct design, build and run under investigation reporting and presentation.
Intended for: People with experience, their knowledge of the management of companies, not-for-profit and government organizations for further exploration.
