In this course you will develop a broad understanding of human resource (HR) management theories and functions. You will explore the contribution of HR management towards organisation effectiveness and efficiency. You will also study a range of specialist HR topics, such as learning and development, cross-cultural communication and negotiation, industrial relations and international HR management.
Depending upon the major area of study chosen, you may be eligible for membership to the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Upon graduation, you will be well-placed to seek employment focusing on human resource management activities in the intermediary managerial level.
