Management & Human Resources (M.A.)

Course Description

Graduates have a broad command of human resource management issues on both a strategic and an operative level. Plenty of career fields are available to graduates upon completing their degree. You could take on a leadership role, or a more specialized function, in the personnel department of a profit or non-profit organization. You might work in a firm that specializes in business-, personnel-, and organizational consulting. You become a labor law expert in a corporate legal department, as well as in an association or research institute focused in human resources.

Entry Requirements

Qualified Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), comprising a study period of at least 3 years and/or an amount of at least 180 credit points; Bachelor’s GPA of at least 2.5 in the German system (above average degree); The relevant subject-related knowledge for our Master’s programmes must be proved by a sufficient amount of credit points in an identical or related academic subject of your Bachelor’s study programme (find details on our website at View Website); good knowledge of English; sufficient knowledge of German
