Master of Engineering This research-focused degree is designed for graduates who wish to further their knowledge of the innovative research methodologies required in industry, and for professional engineers who wish to upskill in new areas related to their work. Excellence in advanced engineering design, research and development skills are core features of the degree.
Available Subjects The ME is available in the subject of Engineering, but the thesis topic may be in a wide range of disciplines, such as software engineering, biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, environmental engineering, electronic engineering.
Practical Experience The Master of Engineering is either a one year (120 point) thesis or a one year programme of study which combines two taught papers with a (90 point) research thesis. You will have the opportunity to undertake research with staff who are leaders in their field and will have the use of world-class laboratory facilities.
