Will equip you with the skills and competencies required to lead and perform in organisations.
You will gain an understanding of self and social identity when interacting with teams and organisations, focusing on organisational culture, power, politics, communication, conflict, negotiation, crisis and change management.
» Develop dynamic management capabilities, including human resource skills, financial analysis and marketing skills, the ability to analyse and develop strategy.

» Develop an understanding of the importance and role of organisational leaders in achieving sustainable values.

» 8-10 day International Study Tour: includes seminars, business tours and meetings with business leaders.

[[Who is the MBA for?]]
- Managers with at least three years' relevant management experience
- Future business leaders
- Business owners or entrepreneurs who are looking to add best-practice theory to their practical expertise to take their organisation forward.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible to enter Part I of the programme, applicants need a tertiary or relevant professional qualification as well as at least five years of relevant work experience. Relevant work experience generally includes people, project, or functional management experience.
