Master of Science in Logistics Management


Course Description

The course ‚Logistics Management’ is characterized by a strict scientific orientation which intensively trains the use of quantitative methods as they are common practice in the international scene of research in the area of logistics. Graduates shall learn a flexible way of thinking which allows them a systematic initial training and an adequate coping of complex problems.

The course is based on a standard period of four semesters.

The Programme starts in Winter.

Entry Requirements

The applicant must hold a managerial Bachelor degree or an equivalent degree with course achievments of at least 180 credits; Great importance is attached to the knowledge especially in Operations Research but also in Decision Theory/ Game Theory, Statistics/ Econometrics in an amount of two contact hours each; An applicant's studies must be completed with a grade of "good"; The written qualifying examination to this study course must be passed; The applicant must prove his or her knowledge of English language; Foreign applicants whose native language is not German must prove their German proficiency with a DSH test.
