Financial and accounting expertise is vital in a period of increasing uncertainty in global markets. Our Masters programme allows you to develop your skills and knowledge in finance-related tasks and activities, specifically the analytical, communication, critique and evaluation skills you’ll need to work in international finance.

Here at Lord Ashcroft International Business School, you'll be taught by a team of academics with close links to the accountancy profession, including authors, examiners and markers for international professional bodies. You'll also enjoy close contact with expert practitioners, analysts and consultants who’ll give you insights into current strategic approaches in accounting and financial analysis.

By the end of the course you'll be confident in making financial decisions, scrutinising accounting statements or proposals, and ready to take on a challenging role in any accounting or finance-based organisation.

Iftaker Hussain

I decided to study at Anglia Ruskin as it is close to home, and a few of my friends and relatives had studied for their undergraduate degrees here and highly recommended the University to me. My pathway leader is fantastic. He has made our entire class feel like a close-knit family and has enhanced my experience significantly with his guidance and expertise. The Masters in Accounting and Financial Analysis is very useful for future employment purposes as it provides exemptions from Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA) examinations. So it is ideal for anyone who wants to go on to complete the ACCA qualification.

Entry Requirements

Normally a minimum of 2:2 bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance OR Business-related discipline plus accounting and finance conversion course OR Another discipline plus accounting and finance conversion course. If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 ( Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.
