Master in Organisational Change and Consulting

Course Description

The MSc in Organisational Change and Consulting Programme capitalises on two irreversible societal trends. First, as organisations transform to cope with economic upheaval and social and technological innovations, so demands on managers to act as change agents are sharply on the rise. Second, due to downscoping, rightsizing, and outsourcing, organisations are become locked into current work routines. This implies they must lean more heavily on professional knowledge workers to improve and maintain the quality of changing strategies and operations.

This programme equips you with the insights and skills to become a professional knowledge worker, and helps you understand and effectuate lasting change in and of organisations.
