You will gain an in-depth understanding of major financial decisions made within organisations from economic and managerial perspectives, the role of accounting information in evaluating managerial or company performance, and motivating managers to make decisions aligned with company goals.

Addressing a variety of issues facing accounting experts such as public accountants, controllers and financial managers, the programme includes preparing, auditing, analysing and using financial and non-financial data for decision-making and evaluation purposes, international regulations, corporate governance requirements, security valuation, and international performance management.
