EADA has its own residential training centre in the outskirts of Barcelona with an ideal location to immerse oneself in the professional development activities. EADA offers a unique study environment with classes of only 30 participants from all over the world. Hands on projects as external consultants with companies like Mango, L'Oreal, or Nestle give EADA students the possibility to acquire relevant work experience in Spain.
The International Masters are designed to build the potential of university graduates in the initial stages of their professional career. Participants in the programme are highly motivated individuals committed to acquiring the training necessary to consolidate their managerial skills and pursue an exhilarating career in the world of international business.
The International Masters are full time programmes, and the afternoons are dedicated to preparing the readings, cases studies, group work and project presentations that form the backbone of the academic modules. Attendance and active participation in class sessions are absolutely essential as evaluation is based largely on participants' ability to demonstrate an in-depth understanding and practical application of the business concepts, tools and techniques.
During the first term of the programme subjects that are crucial to gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company environment as well as the strategic function of organisations are combined with other more specialised subjects. Once these general management foundations have been acquired, participants are then asked to focus on the techniques and activities which are involved in the "day to day" running of their functional area. During the Master, participants will be asked to prepare a business project in their team in order to consolidate the knowledge they have acquired and put it into practice in a real business context.
