EADA has its own residential training centre in the outskirts of Barcelona with an ideal location to immerse oneself in the professional development activities. EADA has developed its own practical, active and participatory approach with emphasis on "learning by doing". The methodology reflects companies' demand for professionals with skills such as the capacity of the reflect, ability to act in the face of change, versatility to work in multifunctional teams and adaptability to the challenges of a global environment.

The International Masters are designed to build the potential of university graduates in the initial stages of their professional career. Participants in the programme are highly motivated individuals committed to acquiring the training necessary to consolidate their managerial skills and pursue an exhilarating career in the world of international business.

The objective of the International Master in Hospitality Management is to give participants a professional competitive advantage by focusing on two fundamental areas: the mastery of specific business tools and techniques for the hospitality industry and the development of the leadership skills essential to international managers.
