Join the fast-growing area of corporate governance and risk management. This course equips you with the knowledge and skills required for effective management and responsible leadership, with a particular emphasis in corporate governance and risk management. You'll explore a range of corporate governance and risk principles and their application within a quality management framework including elements of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, the role of boards and board meetings, ASX and listing, identification and management of risk and compliance frameworks. You'll study with students from a diverse mix of academic backgrounds ranging from engineering, humanities and science, to management and business, in a way that facilitates dynamic multidisciplinary innovation and exchange of ideas.

IELTS (Academic): minimum score of 6.5 with no individual band score less than 6.0.
TOEFL Paper-based Test: minimum score of 575 (minimum score of 5 in the Test of Written English).
TOEFL Internet-based Test: minimum score of 80 with minimum overall for SLR 18; W 22.

Graduates can explore membership opportunities with the Governance Institute of Australia which is a one of Australia's peak professional bodies in governance, risk management and compliance. Upon graduation, students can seek associate membership with the Governance Institute.
Graduates may also be eligible for membership of the internationally -recognised professional associations in corporate governance- The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
An Australian Bachelor's degree in any discipline or an approved equivalent qualification. Admission may be granted to applicants without an undergraduate degree but with five or more years of relevant work experience. In making an offered to an applicant, the University may give consideration to a range of factors including English proficiency, academic record and employment experience.
