Course Description

This is a 2 Year full-time course. In Year 1 the student takes 6 compulsory modules and 4 optional modules. In year 2 students undertake a research project and a food industry placement.

Entry Requirements

Students wishing to enrol should have an (NQF Level 8) honours degree in a Science discipline or equivalent with a minimum grade of 2.2.
