MSc in Geospatial Engineering DT9415 & DT9416


Course Description

To prepare innovative graduates to work with high competence, using specialised skills and deep knowledge, as producers, managers and users of geospatial information, at the forefront of developments in domains where geospatial information plays a significant role and in related disciplines.

This is a conversion programme to enable graduates of a related discipline to acquire a qualification in GeoSpatial Engineering at Postgraduate Diploma and Masters Level. A maximum intake of 20 students is planned from different disciplines and backgrounds.

Entry Requirements

To be admitted to the programme, students should have a minimum of a 2.2 in an honours degree (level 8 NQAI) or equivalent. Applications from candidates who have an equivalent qualification at honours level (for example, a professional qualification) will also be considered. Prior work or industrial experience is not a pre-requisite for entry on to the course
