MMus (Conducting)/ PgDip (Conducting) DT543 & DT586


Course Description

DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama is delighted to announce the start of a new pathway through its MMus (Performance) programme specifically tailored to the needs of aspiring conductors, beginning in September 2013. The programme will be led by the renowned conductor and DIT lecturer, David Brophy, conductor of the RTÉ Concert Orchestra.

The new course facilitates the artistic, intellectual and creative development of aspiring conductors and is designed to equip them with the range of skills necessary to meet the constantly changing and ever increasing demands made on the professional musician of the 21st century.

Entry Requirements
