The Master of Arts in Public Affairs and Political Communication is a one-year full time programme combining lectures, project work, the production of an academic dissertation and internship with a view to preparing students for a successful career in public affairs and political communication.
Entry is confined to holders of an honours degree (2.2 grade or higher).Prospective candidates should complete an application form for this course either on-line or by post from the Office of Graduate Studies at DIT. Qualified applicants may be invited for interview. Selection is based on the candidates understanding of and motivation for a career in public relations. Those completing their primary degree this year may be offered a place subject to attaining a 2:2 honours degree.Possession of a laptop personal computer will be a pre-requisite of the programme.
