Standard admission - four year education, arts, science or other undergraduate degree in a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution, a minimum one year of paid or unpaid work experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.Flexible Admission - a minimum of two years of post-secondary education and three years of unpaid or paid work experience, preferably in a leadership capacity, in a multicultural, intercultural, or international setting.
