The Graduate Diploma in Conflict Analysis and Management provides the theoretical foundation and intervention strategies in the field of conflict analysis and management. The program covers a range of conflict situations from the interpersonal to the international and is multi-disciplinary in nature.
Participants have the opportunity to focus their studies in a choice of concentrations.
Students who wish to continue their studies towards completion of the Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management may do so through the laddering process. Standard Admission is normally considered to be - Four year undergraduate degree, normally, minimum five years of full-time work experience, preferably in an area which offers opportunity to manage multiparty disputes. Flexible Admission - To be considered for Flexible Admission, applicants would normally require a minimum of 10 years related experience, with some at a senior level.
