Course Description

Construction management is the essential link between the expression of a client's wishes and the occupation of a completed building project. This course is about developing those skills to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted transfer from the design process to the completion, handover and occupation of a building.

The course provides the advanced knowledge and management skills required to deliver a sustainable building and become a leader in construction management.
