Carey Master of Accountancy (MACC) gives you the skills and knowledge you need to launch a successful career in accounting — in just nine months. - One of the nation’s oldest MACC programs, highly regarded by domestic and international accounting firms - August or January program start - Full-time, M-F schedule on ASU’s Tempe campus - Nearly 100 percent of domestic MACC graduates are employed within 90 days of graduation - Fulfills course requirements for the CPA exam in California and Arizona - Option of enrolling in concurrent degree program - Dedicated recruiting events, ongoing career services
Applicants are evaluated based on the following criteria: - Four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent- GPA near or above class average- GMAT score near or above class average- TOEFL score above 80 (iBT) if international - Faculty recommendations (with at least one from an accounting professor)- Internship experience- Essay responsesApplicants must complete prerequisites at an accredited institution, with a “C” or higher prior to entering the program:- Accounting Information Uses I & II- External Reporting I & II- Internal Reporting- Tax/Business Decisions- Auditing Principles- 30 hours business-related coursework
