The Master of Legal Studies (MLegStudies) program is available to non-law graduates who hold the equivalent of a three-year Australian Bachelors degree.
Students are able to select from a range of foundational courses in areas such as government and commercial law, environmental law, and international law, which provide pathways into more advanced and specialist areas of study.
The Master of Legal Studies is ideal for students wishing to gain a broad understanding of key legal principles and concepts in fundamental areas of the law.
Non-law graduates must hold at least a three-year bachelor's degree or equivalent. A strong pass degree or better is normally required for admission. Applicants who do not hold a bacheors degree but who have relevant experience may be considered for admission however there are additional entry requirements.
