Coaching & Mentoring

Course Description

It is clear that there is a high demand for ‘quality’ people in today’s global workplace. According to the 2013 CIPD talent survey, both coaching and mentoring remain a top choice as an intervention to develop talent, grow leaders and develop ‘quality’ people.

Professional bodies like the ICF, EMCC and APECS recommend that practitioners in coaching and mentoring have a high quality qualification at master’s level. It is apparent that this is no longer an option but essential for people wanting to become a coach/mentor, independent consultant, coaching/mentoring lead, scheme coordinator or executive consultant.

The York St John programme is both research and practice informed and focuses on the latest skills, knowledge and techniques. It blends theory and practice and is supported by key authors in the field.

Visit the Coaching & Mentoring page on the York St John University website for more details!
