Research Master Cognitive Neuropsychology


Course Description

The Research Master’s in Cognitive Neuropsychology will teach you how to investigate the human mind. You will learn about cognitive and neuropsychological theories and apply these to individual patients with brain damage. You will understand how such disorders lead to fascinating symptoms, and what such symptoms mean for our theories of the mind. In doing so, you will acquire essential skills in the cognitive neurosciences, including experimenting, programming and imaging. In the end, you will become an expert on brain functioning.

In addition, we offer excellent research facilities, access to digital journals, student workrooms and assistance in finding housing.

Entry Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Artificial Intelligence, Biology, Medicine or in a closely related subject area; Good grades (aver. of 7.5, equals a 'B' or GPA of 3.3; An active interest in research as indicated by the type of courses attended at undergraduate levels.
