Consultants are hired when clients do not know what action to take, when they are uncertain or when they do not have the time they need for proper reflection. That is what makes management consultancy a challenging profession. How can you help to improve a decision? What consulting role is most appropriate? How can you convince your client of the best course of action? The specialization in Management Consulting prepares you for these challenges by offering you tools and training for developing the personal skills needed by consultants.
In order to gain admission to this specialization, you must have a bachelor’s degree (equal to the Dutch academic bachelor’s degree), including advanced courses in Strategy and Organization, Organizational Design and Business Statistics/Research Methods. Good comprehension skills in English are absolutely necessary for the master’s programme.
